Refund policy

At BRWN CULTR, we take pride in creating durable, high-quality accessories designed for everyday wear. Each piece is carefully inspected before it is shipped to ensure it meets our standards.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
    •    Unworn and unused
    •    In original condition
    •    Returned with original packaging
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on worn jewelry.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. All items are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will review the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
    •    Worn or used jewelry
    •    Items returned after 14 days
    •    Final sale or promotional items (if applicable)
Shipping Costs
    •    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
    •    Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Lost or Stolen Packages
BRWN CULTR is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout.
