Processing Time  
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery  
Once your order has been shipped, delivery times will vary based on your selected shipping method and location. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.

Shipping Delays  
BRWN CULTR is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances once the package has been handed off to the shipping provider.

Order Tracking  
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Incorrect Address  
Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. BRWN CULTR is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
